1. Eligibility Window

You have 3 days from the exact date you receive your order to initiate either a return or an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you may do so within the 3-day window.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the courier charges to send the original item back to our store, as well as the courier charges to deliver the new, exchanged item back to you.

3. Return & Refund Policy

If you prefer to return your item for a refund, you may do so within the 3-day window.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to send the item back to us.
  • Deductions: The original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. The initial shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, we will process your approved refund within 4 working days.

4. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide our official Mirpurkhas store address for you to dispatch the parcel.
